Microsoft 365 connections
People can sign in to AUVY with Microsoft on their own. Connecting Outlook, Teams, or SharePoint in a company Microsoft 365 directory needs a one-time admin approval.
Sign in with Microsoft
The AUVY identity app asks only who you are (openid, profile, email). Verified publisher AUVY GmbH. Company users can normally consent themselves. This is not AUVY Keyring.
AUVY Keyring connectors
Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint use the AUVY Keyring app. Microsoft treats those Graph permissions as high-impact, so a tenant admin approves once. After that, each person still signs in with their own Microsoft account. Tokens stay in Keyring in the EU. AUVY does not train models on this data.
What an admin approves
Outlook
Mail, calendar, and meetings for each person who connects. AUVY acts as that user.
Teams
Chats, channels, and messages the person already can see.
SharePoint
Sites and files the person already can open.
